Guys,

Ypu have all given me some good advice ref my Galaxy but i do need just one more bit of info:

Bloomin thing wont start. this happened a couple of nights ago. Put a new radio in, went to start her and all she would do was turn over. Just didn't want to fire. No apprant reason, hadn't blown any fuses etc. Anyway, left her a few hours (in case i had flooded her) and she started spot on.

Got a call from the wife this afternoon. Exactly the same again. turning over, won't fire. problem is i am having a new drive laid and they need the car moving. So i come home from work, as she has not flattened the battery. I have got it on charge, but am concerned the same thing will happen again.

Any ideas what i should look at.

the flashing red light goes out after a few sedconds from putting the key in the ignition.

could the battery be on the way out????

might you have nudged something when you put the radio in???

Have you checked the main fuse feed box???

or the other fuse box under the bonnet at the back???

do all your lights work??

Im not too sure on what the prob might be...but from what i gather on here, something totally unrelated to the problem could cause the problem.

I did see this on a search. Can anyone tell me where it is and i can have a look. If i replace it, doea it have to be a Ford part or can i get a pattern one?
